Bright Ascension Appoints Dr Kathryn O'Donnell as Non-Executive Board Director

Kathryn brings extensive experience in scaling high-growth businesses, delivering complex multi-million-pound programmes, and navigating mergers and acquisitions within the technology and space sectors. Her background includes building, scaling, and successfully exiting a pioneering UK space company acquired by BAE Systems.
An experienced board-level contributor, Kathryn brings strong governance expertise, hands-on risk management experience, and a commitment to innovation stewardship. She is also a passionate advocate for inclusive leadership, mentoring emerging talent, particularly women returning to work, and promoting sustainable business practices.
