Evallic Expands into SATCOM and Welcomes Requtech
Evallic is pleased to announce an investment in Requtech AB, a Swedish technology company at the forefront of satellite communication systems for defense, government, and critical infrastructure. Through the investment, Evallic enters the fast-growing market of satellite communications (SatCom).
Founded in 2009, Requtech has established itself as a pioneer in advanced SatCom solutions. Requtech’s electronically scanned phased array (RESA) terminals — certified by leading satellite operators such as Intelsat – are uniquely positioned to meet the growing demand for fast, reliable, and secure connectivity across land, sea, and air.
Through Requtech, Evallic enters the rapidly evolving and fast-growing SatCom market. A market that is crucial to enable secure communication within defense, government and critical infrastructure. Requtech will continue to operate under its established brand, driving innovation and serving its global customer base – now with the backing and scale of the Evallic group.

The transaction was signed in August and remains subject to applicable regulatory approvals. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
