iKO Media Group (iKOMG), a global provider of managed broadcast, media, and distribution services, today announced a new multi-platform distribution agreement with a leading European broadcaster, further strengthening its position as a trusted partner for broadcasters seeking scalable, end-to-end distribution solutions across the Americas.

The agreement supports the delivery of multiple premium television channels spanning entertainment, cinema, and lifestyle programming throughout Latin America and the Caribbean, utilizing a hybrid satellite and IP distribution architecture designed to maximize reach, resiliency, and operational flexibility.

The deployment forms part of iKOMG’s broader strategic expansion across the United States and Latin America, including the establishment of a new operational presence in Miami, further enhancing the company’s ability to support customers throughout the region with local expertise, service management, and technical operations.

Under the agreement, iKOMG is responsible for the end-to-end management of content reception, processing, encoding, encryption, monitoring, and distribution. Services are delivered through a combination of satellite and IP infrastructure, enabling reliable and efficient content delivery while supporting the industry's transition toward increasingly hybrid broadcast and OTT environments.

The channels are distributed via Eutelsat 117 West A, one of the most established video neighbourhoods serving Latin America, complemented by IP delivery paths that provide additional flexibility, resilience, and future scalability. The solution is monitored and managed through iKOMG’s operational infrastructure, ensuring high service availability, quality assurance, and secure content delivery across multiple territories.

The project further demonstrates growing demand from international broadcasters for managed service models that simplify increasingly complex distribution ecosystems while reducing operational overhead and providing a single accountable partner across multiple delivery technologies.

Francesco Cataldo, Chairman of iKO Media Group, commented: “Our continued expansion across the Americas reflects a clear strategic direction for iKO Media Group. The opening of our Miami operation strengthens our ability to support customers throughout the region while providing local access to our global expertise in content management, broadcast operations, satellite services, cloud workflows, and IP distribution.”

He continued “Broadcasters today are looking for more than individual technology components. They are seeking trusted partners capable of managing complete distribution ecosystems with the flexibility, resilience, and visibility required for modern media operations. This agreement is another important step in that journey.”

As broadcasters continue to evolve toward hybrid delivery models, iKOMG remains focused on providing fully managed services that combine satellite, fiber, cloud, and IP technologies into a unified operational framework, enabling customers to reach audiences efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, security, and reliability.
